Dante's Inferno - Skywatching

I admit, I like dramatic clouds. Somehow, this summer, there has been quite a number of freaky skies out of our northern windows. --- Ich gebe zu, ich mag eine dramatische Himmelskulisse. Irgendwie waren es diese Sommer bereits eine Menge ziemlich irrer Himmelsansichten aus unseren Nordfenstern.

I think the term supercell has some relation to that :-)

This was quite a sight: Clear blue sky to the west, and on top of us and stretching to the east, this orange mushroom.
