Just came back from two weeks of Turkey, Istanbul and coast.
In Istanbuld I visited the Topkapi palace, and all major mosks as well as the old bazaar. At the coast, I went to Ephesos, Didima, Priene and Milet.
Had my full equipment with me, but in the end used the following lenses in that frequency:
1. Kit lens
2. Canon FD 80-200/4.0
3. SEL50F1.8
I had one instance where the kit lens seems to have stuck aperture blades, but I could not repeat the effect and maybe it was a result of not siwitching the Nex off between lens change.

In Istanbul besuchte ich den Topkapi Palast und alle grösseren Moscheen wie auch den alten Bazar. An der Küste ging ich nach Ephesus, Didma, Priene und Milet.

| Theatre of Milet. Unbelievable that the sea was less than 50 m from it. Nowadays, it is probably 20-50 km away. Unglaublich dass damals das Meer nur cirka 50 Meter entfernt lag, und heute sind es 20-50 km. |
